We are excited to share that 24/7 ZEN project participated in the 48th International Conference and Exposition on Advanced Ceramics and Composites in Daytona Beach, Florida, organized by the American Ceramic Society from the 28^th of January until the 2^nd of February. At ICACC 2024, Alex Morata, on behalf of IREC, presented the 24/7 ZEN Project and underlined the project’s primary goal, namely the design and demonstration of a high-performing 33/100kW scale rSOC power balancing plant, compatible with electricity and gas grids.

The 24/7 ZEN Project brings together diverse expertise, fostering collaboration among academia, research, and industry sectors for a holistic approach to energy solutions. The innovative technology is centered around a high-performing rSOC power balancing plant, while the project aims to revolutionize power management for integration into both electricity and gas grids. Aligned with the European energy goals, the 24/7 ZEN Project contributes to the global transition towards cleaner and more sustainable renewable energy systems.
